It will work for 10 gallon batch but you’ll have to adjust your flow rates depending on your tap water temp.
It takes about 20 mins to chill a 10 gallon batch to 70F with 55 degree supply water. Also make sure you have very clean wort.
Any hop residue or grain husks WILL plug this chiller.
